What counts
- Counted: each new, unique mention that matches your keywords and passes the relevance check, or that your team marks relevant.
- Not counted: duplicates, reposts of a post already stored, posts seen again, items waiting for review, ones you exclude, empty searches and failed requests.
- Marking a counted mention “Not relevant” gives it back to this month's allowance.
When the month's mentions run out
- New mentions are held: not shown, not counted and not thrown away. Up to 1,000 are held per month, kept for 30 days after the month ends.
- Paid platforms pause until the allowance renews. Your existing mentions stay available.
- Nothing extra is charged, and your plan is never upgraded on its own.
- After an upgrade, an admin can bring held mentions in, oldest first, up to the new allowance.
You're warned at 80% and 90% of the allowance. On yearly billing the allowance still renews every month.
